Here it is. Winter can be very bleak in our lovely country. I've always wanted to avoid it and head of to the sun - always imagined spending Christmas Day on the beach in Australia - as it is I wil be spending Christmas Day at Uluru (Ayers Rock) - which isn't a bad compromise.
And of course rather than send emails it makes more sense to blog my way through the next 4 months. I'm heading out on Thursday November 15th and back next March.
