This is an example of a Wat. This particular one is in Chiran Mai. There appear to be loads of gold and glitter at everyone. Architecurally they seem very similar - but I suspect that is my western ignorance.

And on the right elephants having a bath at the Elephant Reserve - they are such gorgeous animals.

I was going to post some more but this computer I'm on is in go slow mode and I'm running out of time so will post some more later when I am at a speedy computer.
